I am new to this and confused as to where to set my goals in MFP. I wish it had net carbs. Anyway can you all let me know what you have set yours at? I am 50 yrs old, 5'3 and have about 33 pounds to lose. Thanks in advance.

I was just trying to update mine, but I can't get it right anymore without paying for Premium, which I refuse to do. I used the keto calculator at http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ to set my macros. I have my calories set around 1500 and my macros set to 5% carbs, 20% protein, and 75% fat. That's as close as I could get it to the recommended 6.6% carbs, 19.8% protein, and 73.6% fat that the keto calculator came up with.

I track carbs and fiber and just do the math myself. My numbers are similar to above - about 5% / 20% / 75%, but it is the carb GRAMS you need to stick to... Set your goal, and that calculator is great, and stick below it! Mine is 25 grams total carbs unless adding veggies, then 25 NET grams carbs...

I'm 5'3" with about 20 lbs to lose. Mine are set to 5%c/20%p/75%f. I aim for 1200-1500 cal/day. If you're new to Keto, try upping the fats even more while transitioning. Best of Luck! Feel free to friend me if you want to see food ideas from my diary!
