I made Seafood Alfredo this evening with a side of steamed cauliflower and broccoli. I measure all of my starches... so 1/3 cup of pasta doesn't go very far. Once it was gone I started eating the cauliflower in place of the pasta! Delicious! I think I actually liked it better than the pasta. Also, I used Light Ragu Alfredo Sauce... 60 calories for 1/2 cup of sauce... and it tasted good too!

using zoodles, zucchini noodles might be good as well. I chop up cauliflower and add it to everything like a rice.0

I eat shredded cabbage instead of pasta when I eat spaghetti its really good
