Hello everyone. Well I have been on here for some time and it has helped get the weight off but I think I could use benefit from motivation to stay on the right track. Love to workout but as of late have not been able to.

Feel free to add me. We could all use the motivation. I'm trying to lose about 15 lbs by the end of the summer. Ideally I'd keep most of my lean mass. I try to lift 4 times a week and run 3 times a week. Its much easier for me to get to the gym and lift. I tend to talk myself out of the cardio though.0

You can add me as well! I'm 31 year old 4'9" female wanting to lose 50 pounds at least too get to a healthy weight for my height. I've been dieting for just over a month and I've lost almost 6lbs already. I don't want to lose it fast but at a healthy pace!0
