I make dark chocolate pudding with 2% milk (lactose-free for me due to intolerance), portion out 1/4 cup into little ramekins (or a small juice glasses), and cover with plastic wrap. Each ramekin is 50 calories. Since they are individually pre-portioned, I don't have to worry about taking too much. It's like an adult snackpack LOL0
