    Sounds good to me! I do my squats to a Zumba song. I always forget to count how many there are, but not all of them are deep squats. I told my cousin I would post a video to YouTube. Maybe... If I do, I'll send you the link so you can try it out.

    Hi, I'm Becky. I'm loosing motivation a bit and am starting the 21 day sugar detox soon. I run and do piyo consistently. Chocolate is my biggest weakness.
