I started in on my "afternoon snack" pretty hard today. I was able to take a breath, drink some water, and distract myself. 3 days binge free today! Every single day is a struggle.

    keep going! I know it has been a bit hard for me too. But I have found that drinking water really does help a lot. And sugar free gum has been my savior.

    Drinking water with lemon makes you feel full! Try that to curb hunger and to help avoid the vending machines, fast food placed and snack cupboards. As soon as the hunger strikes who knows what can happen!!!
