    I am 5'3 and actually just hit my goal weight today of 115. I had my second baby in November. Now I need to really work on building some muscle tone. I'm still pretty squishy in my tummy area.

    I am 5'4", currently 134.5lbs and looking to get down to about 126. I'll see when I get there, at the moment my tummy, thighs and arms (geez is arm fat stubborn!!) are still very big and I'm not all that far off really so might end up going to about 120.

    I am at 153 right now and my goal is to be down to like 120, and I want to be like 20% body fat. I have gained all of my weight back and now I am a little moody about it, but its my fault and now I have to fix it.

    I am 5'3" and about 130lbs. I would like to get to about 115-120lbs, but I really care more about fitness and health. I'd like to get my body fat down to 15%. I'm about 20ish now.

    5'4" .. goal is 120-125ish.. really to wear a size 6. Its more about the size as all the clothes I have are that size (my pre-thyroid problem size). I have two kids in out of state schools need I say more.

    Goals
    Weight 100lbs-104lbs, hips 34 inches, waist 26 inches, both thighs 18 inches maybe 17.5

    I'm 5'3" and as of today 112.6 lbs. My goal weight is 100-105 lbs and I plan on starting squats to get my butt in shape.

    I'm 5"6, currently around 130 (need to find some weigh scales asap since i generally go by measurements) Id love to be 125, lower healthy BMI and toned is my goal :)

    Well I'm at 135 as of today. Definitely could stand to lose a few more. I will try 130 now. I'm 5'4
