Steps from UP app do not appear in MFP?!

I am beyond frustrated, done all of their "fixes" multiple times, emailed them last week and still no real response other than their standard "we got your email" response. Are they just ignoring this problem? I have all the same issues as all the above posters ....and yes, I've even tried their "fixes", on my laptop, my ipad and my phone. Nothing has worked.0

same problems here. Was able to disconnect via MFP website, but now cannot seem to reconnect to Up. Anyone have instructions?0

Thanks editorgrrl. Unfortunately during troubleshooting, I disconnected Up from MFP, and now I cannot add it back. Anyone have instructions on how to do this?0

There is a known bug with not being able to connect using the app, have you tried doing it on the MFP website?
(This obviously won't help the logging problem as that is a separate issue)

So it seems that they are working on the issue, however are still having problems. I hope they get it fixed soon, I am about to drop MFP all together, because this has happened before many times.0
