I started a intermediate strength training plan last week. I was real sore the first two days. I did my leg day today and than did yoga for 30 minutes after. I'm feeling good. I did it first thing so I wasn't trying to fit it in.0

First day back at the gym in about 3 years! And I actually enjoyed it! Now to keep it up!0

+1lb today, Though from the amount of mucus coming out of my nostrils i think its all up there!
I woke up with a rotten flu! so focusing on getting better asap so I can get back in the gym.0 -
This puppy is me last week:
Mother's Day was really hard for me, and not just because of all the eating out that comes along with it with my three wonderful moms (bio-, step-, -in-law). I have been having a lot of trouble conceiving, which is one of my prime motivators for losing weight. I can usually stay optimistic about it, but Mother's Day is really hard when I am the only non-mother left in my family. I went out for a drink and pub food that night and that was all she wrote for the week. I went well over my calories almost every day and ended up gaining a pound at the end of it. But I will not quit. I am climbing back onto that wagon.

I started walking 2 miles a day this week. My goal is to be able to walk those two miles in 30 minutes. So far I've gone from 37 minutes to 34. Once I get that down to 30 and can hold steady on it, I want to add another mile. Ultimate goal is to be able to walk a mile within 15 minutes or less.0

This whole week has been pretty good so far, but I keep feeling like I'm not doing enough on my workouts. I think it's because I feel amazing after my workouts, and like I could just keep going. I ran 3.5 miles the other day, and 20 minutes later, I felt like I could do it again, but went home because it was getting dark. I guess that's a good thing, but I may have to step up my repertoire so I can feel like I'm doing something again.0

I've been eating too many calories or drinking to many this week. I keep making iced tea because of the heat. I don't have lunch because I work 4 hour shifts except on the week ends. I eat more snacks because I have no lunch. I over ate a few days this week.0
