This is my first real diet day and when I say real I mean I have "dieted" before it just never stuck! I'm 340lbs and want to loose 200lbs. My sister has moved in with me after uni doing a sport science course so she is going to be a big help and I'm sure some days she will turn into a slice of pizza like on the Simpsons but for the first time I actually believe I can do this! Motivation is very welcomed!!

Thanks all lost 9lb first week!! Very excited to see what happens this week! Also stepped up my excersice from 30mins to 45mins!0
