    I really don't know a realistic goal so I'm going to be really conservative this time around, but make no mistake I'm going to push my body even harder. With only 18lbs to lose but also want to gain muscle, I'm going to take my time and do it right.

    Whoop whoop! I'm excited to get this started. Just got back from dinner at TX Roadhouse and didn't totally blow it on the calories lol. But those darn peanuts are addictive!
