Never checked in yesterday, I ended up getting called in to work a 12 hour day. Was a long one but everything went good.
Val - so sorry that you guys are going through all this! I've never heard of the Valley fever, I will have to google that. It does seem like a long time to be having fevers....hope you get it figured out soon.

sherry - we had rain here yesterday, but I was at work from 8-8 so missed it all. lol I wonder if our calf problems are similar. when mine happens, there is no running for me. its not something you can run through for me.

Marla - thank goodness for the claritin! lol My hubby use to have allergies but he seemed to get over them. Or maybe what he was allergic to isn't around anymore? lol

Laura - glad that your conference went well! Sounds like your workouts are going well with Jason...how is the leg itself doing?

Today i am going to run, how far....not sure, I'll decide when I get out there. Hoping to do a longer run (8km+ hopefully) I have a fitbit but I've never actually synced it with mfp. Now I won't have to add everything in to two apps.

10km run done! Wasn't sure I'd ever feel up to running 10K after what the long dreary winter did to me. Lol But, as I was running the first few of Km's my legs were feeling better than they have been by that distance. No heaviness and laggy feeling. So, I kept chugging along. Slow but sure. Feels great.

    Great you made your run!

I am feeling better mentally and physically today. Took claritin first thing then went to nia class. But mostly the fearful panic is gone today and i hope it stays away. I am feeling hopeful today.

    I like the thread starter.

Well back to packing, we have a lot done, but always more.

Taking this couple out to dinner tonight to thank them. Its our friends across town that live in SoCal over 1/2 the year and just came back. They let us use their guest room on those awful fan nights. And when our truck is full next week spending our last night with them.

Argh! Someday I will be well! Still running temps just below 100. Went to my daughter's water day for an hour and that did me in. Going to work on eating habits while I'm sidelined from working out. Any tricks you all use to curb your appetite...or little fun but healthy snacks to help with my sweet tooth? Or my salty tooth really. Thanks! I'm planning to come up with some eating strategies and have those reflect in some new goals as I can't workout right now. Hopefully that will keep me from going crazy!

Crazy day today. iPad giving me trouble. Anyway ran to beach and back, about 5+ miles. Better check in tomorrow.
