I weigh daily and after a stagnant first five days, 3lbs fell off in the last two this week! I've come to appreciate how significant a woman's monthly cycle is in weight and shape and cravings! All aspects have been heightened this week!0 -

Have still been working super hard but not quite blessed with the same rate of loss! I guess 1lb is ok, and it is still a loss.... I am always reassured by lower numbers though and it helps spur me on!0 -

Actually quite pleased that I have lost a pound this week considering that I had an incredibly indulgent weekend for my birthday this week. There was a massive party to avoid at work yesterday but I managed to somehow! Am aware home this weekend but luckily it is at my mums who is also thinking of starting MFP too so she understands I won't be stuffing my face like usual! Haha!

Plateaued this week but am happy with that considering I had a long weekend away and went over my calories 3 days in a row. I tried to be super good with the exercise though and it was a very active long weekend with swimming, running, hilly walks etc. Hoping to shift one more pesky pound before final weigh in next Thursday.
