Okay. I can't believe I didn't know this. Are you ready?
  1. Go to MFP on your computer (this does not work on the app)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Diary
  4. Scroll down to "Meal Names"
  5. Change the names to the container colors
  6. You can also add the number of containers you have for the day beside each color

Unfortunately, there's not enough room for the tsps too but you can always add a note to your diary if you like.

Hope this helps!

I wish there were a way to create one place to share these files with everyone rather than have them in random threads.

Wait. No. I wish MFP's group boards were more user friendly. :p

Yeah, the group boards are not friendly at all. But if you post in the regular boards then people get very rude with their comments

Hello! I am doing the 21DF as of today. I didn't purchase the program from beachbody. Instead I googled and pinterested and created my own containers from what I found. I also found out that you can use the reminders app on the iPhone to "check-off" your containers. You create a different list for each color then create bullets under each color for the quantities. I'll upload a screen shot in a min. I'm not sure if android devices have this though!

Here you go! You can see the lists I created. Then I viewed the red/protein list and there's a pic of that. I've been checking them off today and then will uncheck before bed for tomorrow. 8rcobyrvsgsn.jpg

    bump

Also, I printed out a tracking sheet and laminated it. I use a dry erase marker to check off my food throughout the day. It's worked brilliantly for me.

I found an iPhone app that seems to be made for 21DF without using the exact words. It's fantastic so far. And FREE. It's called Daily Fitness Tracker by FatChicken Studios.
