Yesterday I rode my bike to the gym and got a nice 35 min elliptical run in and a little weight training! It felt so amazing!!! I think I'm gonna do the same thing today Feeling terrific!0

Yesterday I got a really good 50mins of zumba in! I'm a little sore today, but it was so worth it!!! Feeling AMAZING0

I've been doing planks/pushups/dips/dumbbells for 15-20 min/day, thinking it was a workout.
But yesterday I spent 2hrs planting irises, carrying seven 22# clay pots and two 55# bags of soil (ugh) - it was such a good workout that my arms hurt all day today. Makes me realize how wimpy the other days are. :noway:
It hurts so good!

Gardening can really be hard work. That other work you did helped you to be capable of doing all that heavy lifting. Great job!0

So I finally got back to the gym yesterday and I did 30min of running on the elliptical, and rode my bike to and from the gym (about 10min each way) also did a little weights! Feeling really good about myself today0

I rode the recumbent bike and walked on the treadmill; however, I had a late start this morning so that means I will need to find a way to work out more once class is over. Or just eat less. Either way!0

WTG! Over the weekend my husband and I went on a mini vacation to Oahu, and I walked an average of 25,000 steps a day while there! It has inspired me to walk more, so I am back at it again0
