Wow only been doing this calorie count thing for a week now and I'm already depressed,but I vowed to myself 3 months so here goes.

    I'm on day 4 and I hear you loud and clear. My daughter told me about the site so I could stay motivated. My best buddy told me to go for 30 days that way I could mark off the calendar each day. Then my new month would be a new goal not if I met my goal or not. Just a new goal. It's trying to stay in the positive thinking at all times. Which is really hard. Would love to be one of your motivation buddies.

    You can add me. We can all use support. I'm down 2 sizes since january so that keeps me motivated to keep going. I've decided to view it as a lifestyle change instead of a "diet".

    We have all been there! It gets better. Try to not let your feelings get the best of you. I like your use of the word vow. Staying true to vows takes hard work and discipline but you can do it!
