I had gastric sleeve December 4 2014. I am down 72 pounds. I still can't believe how much weight I lost. It's a daily struggle but the struggle is SO WORTH IT!!!!

    You are doing great! I was just a bit heavier at start, 386. Use every bit of the "honeymoon" period to lose as much as you can. It gets harder the farther out from surgery you get. Harder, but not impossible.
