For two weeks I was bouncing around 218-214 and I just couldn't break 214 no matter what how hard I worked.
For one week I cycled my carbs and it did the trick! Right now, after a day of food and exercise I am 212, so when I wake tomorrow ill be a bit lower than that. Im so happy and I had to share. And its all due to you great people for all the encouragement. ♡♡♡

Out of a 7 day period, I did LCHF every other day, and on the days inbetween I ate up to 150g of GOOD carbs, not nasty ones. And I reduced fat intake on those high days as well. Made my body wprk a little bit.0
