    Not low carb by your standards, but much lower than the SAD folks. I tend to focus on slower carbs, and eliminating the carbage (eating only high quality carbs).
    but here goes:

    female, 50 years old (in menopause)
    5'6.5"
    I'm at maintenance 132-137ish
    Much happier at the lower end of that scale!

    starting weight in 2001 or 2002 was around 160. Hit my goal in march of that year and been maintaining with mostly success since.

    keto cold turkey, dropped to 20 g on Feb 2nd

    5'8 F 47yo
    Started around 160+lb
    Current 142.8lb
    Goal 140lb

    I'm actually ok to stay between 140 and 145, I just wonder how low I can go, haha
    I was around 135lb in my 30s, that would be nice now too :)

    I currently eat 20 net carbs max daily, and restrict to 1300 calories daily.

    I just started the keto diet because of inflammation. My family and I were in a car accident and pretty messed up. The doctors said for me to go keto to reduce the carbs that can cause the inflammation and the fluid between the joints that cause a lot of the pain. So people who have decreased fibromyalgia pain and arthritic pain can relate this to lower carbs that do not "ignite the fire" of inflammation.

    GW 147 (I think! Will lose 10 more and re-evaluate)

    Low carb 2 months (50g ish daily) - tried lower but like vegetables too much. If I stop losing I may decide to go lower but this works for me at the moment.
