Hi everyone - we are in the home stretch. We can do this. I may not make 20 days over 10,000 steps but I really hope I make my 120 miles. Very important - it is the only way I can make the scale move.

Been a while since I've updated! Had a good weekend away. Came back sick, so yesterday after the drive home was spent, mostly, sleeping. Back into normal routine today, despite a horribly sore throat and feeling like I've been run over.
Here's my overdue update:
As of 19th - 72.71
20 - 5.16
21 - 5.87
22 - 4.04 (8 hours in the car that day)
23 - 8.26
24 - 5.04
25 - 3.2
Total = 104.28 [8/15 at 5+ - not going to make that goal, but going to strive for at least 3 more to beat what I did last month!] (6 days to go - 30.72 miles/5.12 per day)0 -

Really struggled this past week. Didn't get where I wanted to be, but still finished out the month meeting one of my goals:
As of 25th - 104.28
26 - 3.14
27 - 5.25 (9/15)
28 - 3.08

31 - 3.11
Total = 125.08
Met my goal of no days under 3 (barely!). About 10 miles shy of my mileage goal (but double the miles I was doing just a couple of months ago, so I'll call it a win), and only 9/15 days over 10 miles.

We all made it . . . finished out the month of May with some struggles and frustration but that is okay. I hope everyone is fairing well with your local weather - I am in San Francisco, CA and sort of tired of the cold and really need some sun.
