Checking in while still partially coherent. Massive headache since last night. Headaches that withstand a nights sleep (it kept waking me all night) are rare for me but are also unbeatable. Tylenol does nothing. Obv I'm not doing anything today. I suspect it's hormonal headache, but it's gone a little long for that. Gonna try massive amts of water to flush my system of any hormones, etc, so my body can find equilibrium again. Just wish my kids would be quiet. :-(

Sherry - I get those on occasion too. Nothing works for me but lots of sleep. However, my doctor dad recommended taking some Benadryl if I'm feeling queasy from the migraine and it helps. So I may have a pounding head, but at least I don't have to deal with the nauseousness on top of that. Hope you feel better!

Laura - ouch to all the bills. When it rains it pours with that kind of thing. My husband will be getting a cracked tooth fixed and then will probably need braces as his bite is off and is causing him to crack his teeth. Also, our son needed two crowns put in. That stuff adds up. Hopefully you can spread it out enough where it doesn't hit you too hard!

Well, my temp has been fairly close to normal. It spikes for an hour or two in the afternoon, but other than that has been behaving. I went swimming with the kiddos on Friday and we all had a good time. Yesterday my hubby and I went to the Phoenix Comicon. A lot of walking there and we had a lot of fun. So I've been more active the past couple of days. This week I'm going to try some easy workouts each day to ease myself back in. Fingers crossed that it all works out okay and I don't get worse again.

Today I have church this morning, and I'm hoping to do a set of weight lifting. Im going to start with just one so I don't overdo it. But do both upper and lower body. Have a great day everyone!

Sherry sorry to hear about the headaches. I get those too occasionally.

Glad to hear you're seeing progress Val! At least the fevers are less frequent/long lasting.

I got up early, did some cleaning, ran errands & now am resting my leg before segment 1 of mowing. Washed rugs at the laundromat and have those on the line. I put them through one cycle of the dryer to get the worst of the cat fur off them. I was wearing black and looked like a giant furball so it seemed prudent. The gym is very close to the laundromat so I stopped there & did my rehab exercises. I can do them at home but it's easier at the gym where the cats aren't "helping." Also dropped books off at the library and went to Walgreens and the grocery store. Decided to make lasagna later.
