NutriSystem Description since I just added 4 of these to my order A La Carte. I figure they will cost me $2.64 with the 20% AD discount stacked with the 40% Gift Card discount. I'm taking a chance :) It looks like it is in a plastic dinner tray from the cooking directions.
1. Hold tray firmly and peel back one corner of the lid about one inch to vent steam.
2. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 1 to 1½ minutes or until hot.

Mac & Cheese with Turkey Sausage

Dig in to everyone's favorite comfort food featuring tender pasta blended with savory turkey sausage and enveloped in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce so delicious you'll forget it's guilt-free!

    Thanks for the description, Roger.

I know, however, I will not get this because I'm one of the few people on the planet who does not like mac and cheese done any way possible ... out of a box, tray, or homemade.

    Hope you like it.

    Hi
I think You are right about being one of the few. :) In the Bad old days I could sit and eat a box of Kraft Mac n Cheese easily.

Hopefully the heads up will help someone

I am rather excited about this one. I just got a BBB so I have a few weeks left to wait but pending any awful reviews I plan on ordering 3 of them. Don't let me down NS! haha

    Hi Amanda
I get as much frozen as I want, but I am still excited by all the new meals, both Frozen and Shelf Stable, lunch and dinner.
    I ordered 4 or the
Arroz con Pollo, BBQ Pulled Pork, Bean Bolognese, Mac & Cheese with Turkey Sausage, Tuscan Inspired Pasta, Chicken & Roasted Vegetables, and two of the Steak Tagliata and Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes.

I am in the final day I can make changes by 6PM and I may adjust the frozen slightly. I added the Shelf Stable meals A La Carte as well as other items to bring the meals into a balance so I can delay the order after this one.

    Cheers
    Roger

    Hi All
    Happy Weekend

I had this entree for Dinner last night. I rate it a 4 out of 5, for the following reasons.
    1. Pasta was a little Mushy
    2. Sauce could have been a little cheesier in taste.
    3. A Little less sausage and more pasta would be my preference.
    4. Having said that I am not unhappy I ordered 4 of these and I will be re-ordering when I use them up.

Give it a try, You should like it.

I didn't like this one too much. The turkey sausage didn't have a lot of flavor. I think I would have liked it to have more of a cheese flavor.

I had this last night for dinner. I ate it just as is and it could use some doctoring up. I think if I have it again, I will
mix some broccoli into it and maybe add a little extra cheese. It didn't really taste like mac and cheese to me,

I have these Arroz con Pollo, BBQ Pulled Pork, Bean Bolognese, Mac & Cheese with Turkey Sausage, Tuscan Inspired Pasta, in my BBB I just got this past Friday. I can't review like Roger does, but I had the BBQ Pulled Pork and enjoyed it not extreme BBQ so added some as an extra.
