1,000 Days of Tracking

I just reached my 1,000th day on MFP. I have weighed all my portions, and tracked every bite.

I have been maintaining my weight very steady for almost 2 years. I have no doubt I would be eating a lot more and gaining if it wasn't for this fantastic resource. It really has kept me on track.

    Congratulations! That is simply amazing. I keep struggling to log on over the weekends, but I've finally worked my way up to 14 days. You're inspiring me to make sure I make that extra effort.
