I am a pure veggy & eat eggs. Looking for veggy list which I can eat on keto becuz I tried eating PANEER for 1 whole week & wasn't able to eat it anymore. Kindly help

Zucchini/courgettes
Aubergines/eggplants
Cabbage
Lettuce
Spinach
Most other leafy greens...
Nuts are higher in carbs so you need to watch them, but I expect you will need these. You also have to watch avocados as can be higher than expected, but again you will need them as just about the only high fat vegetable.

I was surprised to find out how many carbs were in my favourite veggies. I've heard in a podcast once that veggies should only be eaten as a vehicle for butter. lol

Here are a couple pics of a spreadsheet I made for Veggies. This is by weight (LBS). I also have one in grams (100 grams). Please note, that the colors are something I set, I made this for a friend of mine. You can eat as little or as much of anything as long as it fits your goals.
Note that the highest and lowest veggie starts with water....
The %'s on this particular spreadsheet are % of the gross weight, NOT percentages in calories.
I have 10 or so other food groups in the spreadsheet. Send me a post if you want a copy of the Excel file.
