Kale dip! It's like spinach dip but with yogurt and kale instead! Or kale salads! My favorite kale salad has blue cheese, nuts, craisens, chicken and vinaigrette!
Of course if you're tired of kale, you could send some to me0 -
Mmm kale dip sounds interesting! Will try and google a recipe0

This soup recipe I converted was the bomb with kale in it!
Also, I've been told raw kale with massaged in dressing is good... I'd likely just google keto kale recipes (I just search on keto because it is a more common term and I can covert recipes however I like!)...0 -
kale and italian sausage stir fry0

I like to chop it up super fine (remove ribs/stems) & saute with oil, a little vinegar/acid (i.e. red wine vinegar or a couple dashes lemon juice), black pepper & sometimes some garlic. Just wilt it down slightly like you would with spinach. I also like it added to soups just before serving (i.e. the Zuppa Toscana recipe above). I like to add a handful or two to veggie saute's as well.
I've also seen recipes for Kale Pesto before. Or Kale added to Hummus. It's versatile, and I found the more I eat it, the less I notice the bitter elements about it.0 -
Yep, sauteed with olive oil and garlic. Chopped up in a salad. Pan wilt and wrap around a burger instead of a bun. Juiced in a green smoothie. Saute with chicken or shrimp.0

I used to like it in smoothies, can't even tell it's there.0

Add to coconut-milk curries, sautéed with chicken and ginger, substitute in most recipes for spinach.
If it tastes bitter to you, it can be parboiled in salted water for a few minutes To remove the bitterness before you cook it or add it to smoothies.0 -

Me too!
I sometimes add zip fizz (orange flavored vitamin drink) and something protein-y and make a delicious "creamcicle" drink.0 -
I think I could live on kale alone if it were possible. It's my favourite leafy green.0
