I'm going back to Crossfit. My trainer is letting me go through onramp again thank goodness. I'm nervous and anxious (I'm about the farthest person from athletic, overweight, and out of shape).
At this point I can be sore from hunching over a desk all day, stress, and couch sitting or I can be sore from crossfit. I don't feel good not doing it so it's time!
I love reading all of your experiences/thoughts, it makes it so much more accessible and less intimidating.

Go for it! I lucked out in finding crossfit. I didn't know what I was getting into and didn't shop around. I found a great coach & box just by luck. Now, 18 months or so later I love it. Love that I'm stronger than ever. Love the friends I've made there. Love my 6:00 a.m. workout mornings best of all mornings.0

I'm glad I went, I'm so glad they went easy on me. Just doing air squats with a PVC pipe left me shaking and sore. I'll be back Wednesday. I really like my box, I feel as comfortable there as I can in a gym type place!0
