All right everyone.... My daughter graduated High School so I totally fell off the boat this weekend. This week's challenge is going to be the following......
Food challenge- Give up something you love that is bad for you- and post it here
Fitness challenge- Do 150 minutes of exercise... try to log it here

Bonus challenge- Add one more food and fitness challenge for yourself...

    1. I am going to give up potato chips and fries- wish me luck- I think I have never gone 7 days doing this
    2. Am going to shoot for 45 minute gym/cardio sessions this week

    My bonus is going to be to drink 8 glasses of water a day, and to do an extra 40 push ups 4 times this week. Just completed one set

    Well this week I am giving up bread, fried foods, and sweets.

    I'm going to give up wine this week. Starting right now. Going to walk 30 minutes each day.
