    Many are following an Atkins style eating plan but calling iut something else. There is some "brand toxicity" I fear.

    Howdy all. I'm starting Induction. I will be over on carbs today so I will officially start tomorrow. What phase are y'all in?

    I'm still in induction phase. Losing slowly, but losing. @MemphisMaven, There are days when I am over carbs, too. Don't let it throw you. Just log it and move on. You'll get there. It's a learning process.

    Just got back after a year long binge. Lost 92lbs, gained back 30. But yeah, we're here.
