Is that normal? Or just a temporary pronounced loss while my body adjusts?

first 40 days I lost 15 lbs, last 7 I lost 4.8 after jacking up my protein. Also I continue to work out....

I can't go on losing 5 lbs a week (not healthy, right?), so should I increase my calories?

What were your macros for the week?

Might be water (protein is dehydrating), but stick with it for a while and see.

I'd say temporary loss if you recently cut your carbs and upped the protein, it happened to me too then I stabilized. It could also depend on if you had a lot of weight to lose. I haven't checked your diary but maybe you aren't eating enough? Number of reasons.

Ok, changed my diary settings so people can see it.

As far as the dehydrating goes, it's possible but I am usually all over the water consumption. ..

Interesting. Your carbs are higher than most people here, but with exercise, you could be depleting glycogen, and physiologically you're just like the rest of us low-carbers. At that carb level, I suspect you'll keep losing as long as your workouts are fairly intense and regular. No need to change anything.
