AuthorityNutrition recommends it highly, for both blood sugar and weight loss. I was hopping to get some personel experiences.

I've heard of it. That Jimmy Moore guy uses it. The little I've heard about it has not been good.

I googled it!
It seems to have some proof it works. It was compared directly to metformin.
Metformin is well studied, well tolerated, and predictable, it is also dirt cheap
I don't know why I would take an expensive supplement over metformin without a significant reason.

I did try it, with my usual supplement experience of no measurable benefit and no repeat purchase.0 -
