I'm guessing we all know what grad school can do to our health. I'm hoping to find someone here to encourage and support each other.

My weight is okay, but I'm in dire need of energy. I'm so tired of feeling groggy throughout the day. I like yoga, dance-y exercise (Zumba, Pound, WERQ, etc), and lap swim occasionally. When it's warmer I go running too, and I'm aiming for 10,000 steps a day when I don't go to the gym. I also try to meditate regularly.

I'd be happy to support anyone with a goal of better wellness in mind, be it weight loss/gain, healthy eating, a race, or getting up early. I'll be there for you. Just add me and we'll figure it out

I'm in my Master's program right now and trying to stay fit, too. I know this post is way back from January, but I could also use some wellness buddies in a similar college/grad school situation.

Hey there, I am in the last year of my PhD program and have struggled to stay healthy in grad school. What do you find most challenging?

Hey all - I'm about halfway through my PhD and have definitely struggled to balance my studies/ pressure to 'produce' with maintaining personal health/ wellness. I'd be into a 'wellness buddy' if you're in a similar position and want to add me :) -
