Willpower??

I've been doing well watching what I eat-using the calorie counter on my fitness pal. Tonight though---hard to stop the snacking. And on peanut butter-of all things. Any thoughts on how to handle the cravings?

    We all have snacking urges. It is natural and it is natural to give in. When they strike me I think about what I am craving and what I have around that is both good for me and will satisfy that craving. When I want salty I often will pop some popcorn and enjoy that. When I need crunch I reach for a bag of snap peas, an apple, carrots. When I need sweet I have a cup of green tea, get up and go for a walk or eat a few chocolate chips. I also make sure I count on what I eat on MyFitnessPal and when I go over board I can see it very clearly there.
