No exercise, but boy I am beat
Courtney and team - I have been traveling to NC this weekend. No exercise, but I wanted to share my steps from yesterday. We were cleaning out my dads house and I was amazed to see the total at the end of the day. I had to share! I can't wait to get back home and into the gym.

I've been doing well watching what I eat-using the calorie counter on my fitness pal. Tonight though---hard to stop the snacking. And on peanut butter-of all things. Any thoughts on how to handle the cravings?

Heart Rate Monitor
Used my heart rate monitor today for its first real workout. It was hard to keep in my target zone as provided by Courtney. I will be interested to see what results I get in the next few weeks of use and focus.
Burned 617 calories- cardio & strength
Keepin on & not giving up. Love using the food tracker, helps me make better choices & portions. Also, helps me realize I do better than I think. The discipline has been good for me, even got me husband to start using the app!!
M&Ms
Tonight, I had the willpower to take an M&M out of my mouth, so that I wouldn't have to record it in my food diary. Recording food has been a hassle, but helpful. I've been surprised at how much sodium I eat. Need help with binge- eating when I get home from work.
