2 month old flex not holding a charge

so i did everything fitbit told me to do like charge from different USB ports clean the contacts, reset the flex. i am still having problems so far its only gone less than 24 hours holding a charge although its saying on my app the battery is dead but the flex is still on then yesterday it died without warning so i cleaned reset it and plugged it in to charge. it took 2 hours to charge properly and then died again this morning. not sure what to do now?

Contact fitbit support if they can't fix it they will probably send you out a replacement0

You have to call the customer service number. They'll send you a new one.
Mine wouldn't connect to the charger last year. I called in and had a new one by the end of the week.
just chatting to them about it now. apparently they are checking the internal info. how i am not sure but i hope they can fix it or send me a new one
