I have started BPC while IF to help regulate hormones in effort to get to the point where im able to lose weight. I use the original recipe. Ive tried several online calorie calculations all give me a calorie goal of 1750 (which I always thought was high, eating low carb I naturally eat about 800~1200)... so the coffee just helps get closer to the calorie count goal... I do get my blood drawn every.six months as my hormones are a huge issue (brain tumor) and my cholesterol is fine. Im open to try whatever to regulate things so the scale will move.......0
