Working out in College

Hello there! My name is Vanessa and I'm going to be attending Tufts University as a freshman this coming fall.

Now does anyone have some good workout plans to stay in shape? I'm trying to find something that could work for me online and such, but a lot of them are for older people it seems? And the intensity of the workouts aren't really enough for me to feel satisfied with the workout.

Does anyone possibly have any suggestions? Like a moderately high intensity regimen of some sort?

    Cardio or weights? I'm starting the 5x5 weightlifting program in the fall, and depending on where I am in my weight loss I might start the c25k followed by the 5k to 10k programs on the treadmill since the weather here isn't conducive and I don't have a treadmill at home.

    I do a lot of intervals, like 20 minute running workouts that take up the least amount of time but still are effective
