    I usually do everything right and mine still goes up. I find weighing daily helps me keep track of the actual losses and the water weight gains. Keep going, you're doing great!!

    I do the exact same thing. My weight constantly fluctuates. It pretty much goes up and down every day. So I weigh myself everyday to see the trend and whether or not a bad weigh in is just an anomaly or a dangerous pattern.
