    Sherry, glad you got some good rest. I don't sleep enough but when i do it is a healer.

    I felt better towards later day and went went for long walk on paths at bird sanctuary/marsh near bay and saw sun go down from water, very pretty.

    Wifi went out where i am staying, glad we leave tomorrow. Normally i wouldn't mind but i didn't have book downloaded or a real one and no tv. We were watching netflix on laptop.

    I woke up early and came to starbucks for tea and internet.

    Going to watch the local minors baseball team called Crabs...kind of fits the ocean area! Then going to dinner i cancelled friday when sick at Crush, yuppie tappa place.

    We have made friends with airbnb people we are renting from, had nice dinner with them Thursday. She told me she can find me a good bookclub so I guess my friends were right, all would work out. Just scary to move!

    Marla, everything sounds so great! What an exciting new chapter of life.

    Well, another totally lazy day and my legs feel great. I can hardly believe it. I was ready to start taking NSAIDs to knock it out, or some other extreme action and now with some sleep I feel great. If only I could find a way to balance exercise and high quality rest...but it always seems there's no balance between the two when you factor in normal life. Anyway, this week will probably be pretty lazy for me so I don't get too stressed out before our trip.
