After being a keto flunkie for about 2 weeks, I'm back to keto WOE today. Support and new friends strongly welcomed. Recovering binge eater living with a housemate who stocks up on junk here. Could use people who back me up!

You don't fail when you fall off the wagon. You fail when you decide to not get back on it. This time you're going to do even better!0

I've been off the wagon. A few times. Just get right back on. That's what makes the difference. Getting back on. Here, I'll give you a hand up.0

Just find the fattiest snacks appealing to you that aren't so appealing to your housemate so that you can eat them all!! Or find something s/he is trying to avoid and put that in the way to see how they like it. Not in a mean way, necessarily, but in a way of sharking perspective. Because if you have fatty snacks, and force yourself to eat that first and drink a bunch of water before you allow yourself a small portion of treat, most of the time you won't want the treat anymore. Someone said a while back that if you have a bingy trigger to try sweetening a bit of grassfed butter and eating it (they recommend honey, but even a teeny bit wouldn't fit my macros), because apparently food triggers are often our body's odd reactions to nutritional deficiencies... So grassfed butter hits a lot of those markers... Just some thoughts.0
