Goals For May

My weightloss journey (This time around) sure has gotten off to a lot slower start
I have many areas that I know I need improvement, but I do not want to overwhelm myself like I usually do by changing everything all at once. I think I will have a goal or two each month that I will focus on, and try to continue on with throughout my journey as best as I can.
HEATHER'S GOALS FOR MAY
1.) Drink 98oz of water everyday (6 Bottles/12Cups)**
2.) 10,000 Steps per day***
3.) Be down to my next "Mini-Goal" of 190lbs
** I read that drinking half of your body weight in oz's of water per day is optimum for your health soI am going to give it a shot!
***I am getting my Fitbit next week so I am hoping this will push me to be more active when I am not at the gym

My goal for may is to hit 10,000 steps every day!
Keep going strong with insanity.
Chill out on the beer! Or at least go back to light/ultra and leave the high calorie craft alone!
Keep my carbs under 150g a day.. Preferably closer to 100.. Not something I typically do but that's this month's goal.
Drink my water! I'm a big slacker but I've been trying more lately.0 -
My jawbone (I want a fitbit lol) has made a huge difference! There's been a few days where i wanna be lazy and I check my steps and I'm like oh crap! It's a big influence on me.heatherc369 wrote: »My weightloss journey (This time around) sure has gotten off to a lot slower start
