I went away from the week end. I had three alcoholic drinks because there was a limit of 15 dollar charge for cards, I tried to buy my friend a drink she said no. I should had one drink and stopped. I ate pretty sensible the whole week end. I've been missing my calorie count all week. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back at 171.6 which isn't too bad. My final goal now is to hit 169. Well I will learn from my mistakes. I need to add yoga back in to my schedule. I finally fixed my computer after 3 weeks so I can excercise without the cat bothering me in the studio. She didn't bother me when I did strength today, she was to tired.0
