Hey everyone, I'm Missy and getting back on track after a year plus of being all dieted out. My Jawbone UP is on its way and I should get it tomorrow so I'm looking for any tips, tricks, or suggestions you might have in terms of setting it up, how to wear it, what you like/dislike about it, etc. Thanks!!

Set your goal to .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Log exercise in UP—never MFP. If you want your exercise to appear in your MFP newsfeed, post a status update.
Ignore your UP calorie goal & follow MFP's, eating back your UP adjustments.0 -
Thanks but I meant more about the UP itself... The MFP part is kind of old hat, this isn't my first tracker0

Which one do you have? There are at least 5 different models.0
