What are some of your go-to meals or recipes and snack choices?
For me, during the work week my breakfast is almost always plain oats topped with 2 tbsp of PB and 2 tbsp of marshmallow cream. It's sooo good, keeps me full and cures that nasty sweet tooth. At 310 cals, it's a win for me! I meal prep my lunch on Sundays and it's some form of protein with steamed broc or sweet potato (or both). I eat alot of popcorn, fruit or yogurt as snacks. I struggle with dinner. I never know what to cook and having to make something seperate for myself is a pain.

For breakfast, I do steel cut oatmeal (i make a week's supply on the weekend), with 1/3rd cup of milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, with ground cinnamon sprinkled on it. It comes up to about 275 calories, tastes like dessert and keeps me full till lunch.
I'm not a fruit lover and am really a bad snacked. So in order to take care of this problem, I often make milkshake type smoothie as a snack after I get back from work. It's a simple smoothie with one fruit (usually berries or a banana), 1 cup milk, and 1 tsp sugar. I get my fruits in and I like the taste so it makes a good and filling shake. It's under 200 calories.0
