I tried a very easy recipe last night and pretty good---chicken thigh--lightly baste with teriyaki sauce, ranch dry dressing--sprinkle a bit over the sauce---put to your liking the amount of shredded cheese you like - I used cheddar and top with some bacon bits. 350 oven for about 40 mins. Sometimes you just need a bit more than a chicken breast. lol0
