I'm happy to have found this group. I'm 5'6 and currently a little under 134. I'd like to lose another 5-10 pounds or so. I'm not heavy, but I still have a good amount of body fat. I guess you're all in a similar boat! Right now, I've been doing a lot of walking and running (and counting calories). My legs are getting stronger, so that's good!
What are your favorite strategies on dropping those few pounds?

Welcome to the group!
Things I like to do:
- Weigh & measure all of my food
- Nothing is off limits as long as I have the calories for it
- Exercise regularly, including some resistance training
- Eat breakfast. You don't have to do this, it's just a personal thing for me, but if I eat breakfast my snacking and impulse eating for the day is under much better control. If I skip breakfast or don't have something with some protein, I'll eat whatever crosses my path! haha
