confused - looked at the packet and it says 99% carbs?? How do you log it??

    my stevia is 0.47 grams carbs per teaspoon (5 grams) at 1.8 calories. Those calories are probably 99 percent carbs. Hope this helps :)

    My Truvia brand says 99g carbs (from sugar alcohols) per 100g.

    It seems innocent enough

    I like either truvia or stevia. Some want to make them out to be the devil. IDK.

    I know sugar alcohols in large amounts make some have upset tummy but I don't eat more than maybe 15-20g at a time so no issues

    I'm going to bin it. I figured it can only be used to make frankenfoods and I am not wanting to eat those.
