Do any of you have some amazing NSVs to share???

Sometimes we focus too much on the number of the scale, and not as much on how we feel and our accomplishments!!!

Some of mine over the past few weeks:
*Being able to freely cross my legs
*Fitting into a pair of capris that I've been saving for years
*Running out of holes on my belt!
*My work vest fitting looser than before, and being able to button it without tummy fat getting in the way(even with a sweater under it!)

Welcome!

    Great NSV's!
    Some of mine...
Blood pressure under control (never prescribed anything but only because I didn't go to the dr often enough)
Able to wear clothes an acquaintance gave me 2 years ago that were too tight.
I can sit in "normal" bathtubs and hips don't touch the walls.

Thanks. It's a big step for me--although I've run marathons in the past, I injured myself badly and have only been cleared to run since September. I've been taking it slow and careful building up my endurance again.
