How often do you weigh?

every day! couldn't bear not to. try not to get frustrated when weight goes up a bit as it is just natural but it keeps me going to see how the weight goes down.0

Friday mornings. Weekends are difficult so I focus on weekdays for fitness and calorie control, and hopefully get a boost at the end of the week. I found daily weighing too "variable". All I'm looking for is a downward trend.0

Pretty much every day, even though I know there's many reason (and many ranges) of fluctuations. Keeps me on my toes.0

I weigh daily to keep myself in check and I use the WeighBot app for that. It's a simple app that keeps the basic details, (pounds lost, to go, etc. My official logins are Tuesdays with the one group I'm in and Fridays on MFP. I find it helps keep me on track, especially over the weekends when I'm more tempted.0

I weigh daily, but don't get upset or discouraged over minor upticks in my weight. My MFP log shows the downward trend over a long period of time and that is far more motivating!0

For the past few weeks I've been weighing myself daily as a reminder of my goals. However, I realized that it is not useful to enter the numbers on here. When the number changes from day to day, I don't want to get too excited or depressed. I agree that the you see progress after several weeks or months. However, I'll keep weighing myself daily to stay focused.0

My weight fluctuates a lot (I can go up or down 2-3 pounds in a day). So what I like to do is weight daily, put it in a spreadsheet and then focus on the previous 3-day or 5-day average. This helps me identify any trends, smooths out the results, etc...
I know a lot of the advice is to weight yourself weekly, but I find that they could be discouraging (if on that particular day I'm up 2-3 pounds) or over-optimistic (if I'm down 2-3 pounds on that particular day)

Everyday at the moment but record my weight on Fridays.0

I weigh myself every other day. I am amazed at how much my weight fluctuates! I can go up and down 4 pounds in a day so I can't weigh in everyday I'd go crazy!0

Surprised by the number of daily weigh ins. I'm an every couple of weeks guy. If I do it daily I start to obsess over it and get mad when the scale climbs because of the daily fluctuations.0

I generally weigh twice to three times a week. But, I "officaly" weigh on Monday's. The other one -two times is just to get an ida of how I'm doing during the week.0

I think I will try limit it it to weekly. Its only been since Friday that I had my OMG moment on the scale. I've been tempted to go back on it since, hoping some was bloat, but haven't yet. Was thinking Monday is a good weigh in day. It will help me stay motivated on the weekends.0

I think Monday is a good day to weigh, cos it keeps you away from naughty foods during the weekend. I weigh daily, but record my weight on mondays0

If you're going to weigh daily, be aware that your weight will flucuate for MANY REASONS (water retention, hormones, stress, sleep, day of the week, etc) It's best to keep a running 7 day average and then you can get a more accurate picture of where you're at. :-)
I don't have a scale either. I just pop on at my Dr office every 2 - 3 weeks and she lets me borrow her scale. I focus on overall health: counting calories, improving nutrition, and increasing exercise. Que sera sera.0 -
I weigh on Sundays & Wednesdays. I participate in Dietbets so those are my days there too most of the time. In the past I would avoid weighing myself for fear of the number. I find weighing this often keeps me accountable. I've learned not to get upset over fluctuations. The scale is my accountability partner and so far it is working0

I weigh in once a week0

I weigh daily as an accountability thing. If I miss a day or two though I dont sweat it. I am in the move program through the VA and they weight me every Tuesday. That is the only recorded number.0

I weigh every day as well and am fully aware that my weight will fluctuate up and down, and that it's the long-term trend that matters most. I usually look at my weight loss trend from a two- or three-month perspective to get a better picture of where I'm at and where I'm headed.
Here's a typical three-month view for me (LOTS of ups and downs):
