I Completed my first ever race a 10K!!!

I still don't poop normal, but it's only been 3 days....
So many mixed emotions and physical things happened that day! But I'm so proud and so gosh darned excited!!!!
I ran/jogged the first 3 miles then from there I walked, but I finished! I finished!!!! Yay!!!

That's awesome. Major kudos, hon! I don't think I could do one... I can't run - I'd be in trouble with my PT... Too much gravity and bouncing pressures... So you're rocking it! Hope this carries you through to healthier times.
