Sorry it's late, like I said I'm staying with my parents and got grandparents here at the moment so completely forgot to post this!

Same as always, add your weight and I'll add it to the spreadsheet. Might not get chance to add it until next week at some point but it will definitely get done so don't worry :)

    Hey Jamie, I understand the problem, though perhaps from the opposite side. I've got my son and grandchildren visiting and boy is life hectic! :tongue:

    I'm down another 1.6 lbs to 148 lbs. Been dropping pounds for seven straight weeks now!

    This is becoming a habit. I seem to be hitting these plateaus more frequently.
    NSV is that I have lost another 0.5" off both hips and waist and have had to abandon several pairs of trousers as they would not stay up :smiley:
